Back on track!
I slipped a bit this last week. Basically, I believe I was unable to fight off the cravings that come with my period – but I’m feeling more motivated now and I did exercise today; just have to watch what I’m eating. Besides, look! The chart is smiling at you! ;)

The number is still taking a general downward trend, and I’m pretty proud of myself for staying motivated. It helps to weigh myself everyday, since Wii Fit tracks semi-pounds so I can see what works and what doesn’t. Plus, I’ve made sure to adjust my diet so I’m not eating food that’s terrible for me, but I’m not dieting in a way unsustainable in the long run. I’m excited! I’m looking forward to that line dipping down over the next few months. WhoO!
PLUS, this morning I unlocked Wii Woodchopping, which integrates exercise, money, and gaming all at once! READY!?
1. Start Wii Fit. Choose the prolonged Step Exercise. The Wii-mote counts out your steps, even when you aren’t looking at the game on screen.
2. Start Fable 2 and go to work Woodchopping. (*I dressed my character, Dumpling, in hot pants and a corset, since woodchopping is hard work, and that way the villagers all love me while I chop.)
3. STEP AND CHOP! STEP AND CHOP!
Et VOILA: money, exercise, multi-tasking! Curt loved my idea so much, all he could do was cover his face and quiver all over with the brilliance of his amazing wife. BAHAHH!
;)

Wii Fit and I are making friends again. I’ve been pretty good so far, and I already feel a lot more energetic than I usually do. :)
This is the first of weekly entries that I’m going to do to chronicle my effort towards getting to a healthy weight. And eventual world domination! MWAHAHA!
Well, anyway: it appears the bathroom scale is a little off kilter (it starts at around 4-5 pounds), so I actually weighed about 183 last time I weighed myself. I get this new data from the Wii Fit, which I will choose to trust since it cost more than $5.00 at Target. Sometimes frugality gets you a piece of crap.
Wii Fit says people’s weights fluctuate approximately two pounds during the day. First weigh-in came after dinner, when I was nice and fat from yummy foods. This last weight was taken an hour or so after breakfast. I’ll start weighing myself before breakfast from now on, just to keep a steady record. Anyway, here’s the chart. I’m off!
